Employers, Contractors and Specialists invariably face a range of challenges when seeking to define and agree their respective commercial and contractual obligations. We bring clarity to these processes, providing common sense advice, specific risk management support, review and preparation of conditions of contract, programme verification, and contract compliant notifications.

We focus on maximising clients opportunity to recover Time and Cost entitlements. We provide support in developing and improving client Commercial Project Management, both on a project specific basis, and business wide. We provide hands-on, strategic support which extends across the range of pre and post contract activities, implementing robust Change management procedures and processes, preparing EoT and L&E entitlement documentation, and providing Peer Reviews, Health Checks and a range of other services to improve client performance and profitability.

This has been at the core of our reputation for over 30 years, supporting Employers, Contractors and Specialists from project inception through to final account agreement. Services include procurement support and advice, preparation of tender documents, cost reporting, interim valuations / assessments, change management and final account preparation, negotiation and agreement.

Interaction with project personnel to assess first-hand the roles and responsibilities within the project delivery team and gauge whether there is adequate provision of suitably skilled resources appropriate to the project.

We recognise the appointment of a skilled EA / CA will increase the likelihood of successful project delivery, for all parties, and can also reduce the frequency of disputes and legal complications arising during the life of a project.

Whilst we will actively take the lead in these roles, and will drive the needs of the project as appropriate and necessary, our primary objective is to work closely and collaboratively with the Employer’s team and with the Construction team.

We provide a range of corporate services to Developers, Funders, Banks and Insolvency Practitioners to support and advise on the Agreements, Contracts, Project Monitoring, Dispute Resolution and Risk Management requirements associated with each of their projects. Our experience and expertise extend across all areas of construction and manufacturing, including in supporting end-user clients achieve both, their construction related objectives, and their manufacturing needs.

We provide specialist surveying and claims management support to loss adjusters and insurance companies in resolving claims across many areas of the property, construction and manufacturing sectors.

Our support also extends to advising or acting on behalf of clients in matters of dispute resolution.
