Below are the services which can benefit your business.
When issues relating to time occur, a clear demonstration of cause and effect is essential. We bring extensive experience in the analysis of construction delay using recognised techniques (retrospective and prospective), and in preparing contractual entitlement documentation. Through both party appointed and Expert Witness instructions we deliver truly independent advice and support providing added value, knowledge and certainty.
We prepare or verify your programme to ensure compliance with the Contract and facilitate accurate critical path management. In addition to other forms of widely used Contract, we are experienced in the use of the NEC4 form of Contract and provide a technical and pragmatic approach to the contractual requirements for the Accepted Programme.
We interrogate your programme from both a technical and software perspective. Verifying the workability of the programme alongside the critical path, float, sequence and programme activity constraints provides reassurance the programme can be used as a meaningful performance monitoring tool. A proper logically linked workable programme provides certainty to actual completion dates and the evaluation of Change.
Pyments assist by proactively managing the programme during regular progress of the works. Independently auditing and inputting ‘jagged line’ progress and regularly forecasting the impact of progress and change will allow accurate monitoring and reporting against the critical path. Effective programme management enables the project to make real time decisions allowing best endeavours and mitigation techniques to be implemented to the benefit of all.
